Recently a Monograph 1000 with Coil Feeder has been put in service at Crenna Plåt AB in Sweden. The installation has been done by our Swedish distributor Iberobot.
The Monograph CNC plasma cutting machine equipped with coil feeder, delivers a quick production of ventilation ducts with a minimum floor space. The Monograph has an effective cutting range of 1.5x3m. Due to the integrated guiding with the cutting table, the machine can be installed in just a few hours! The CNC control consists the latest technologies and makes it possible to download CNC-files via USB, LAN or serial communication interface (RS-232). The Monograph is equipped with a Powermax 1000 for cutting metals up to 12mm. The pneumatic floating head ensures a constant cutting height and occur any deformation due to the heat input.
The coil feeder eliminates the floor space of a sheet stock, thus increasing floor space. Metals up to 1.6mm can be de-coiled and feed into the Monograph cutting machine. The coil feeder can be installed with up to 6 coil holders. The coil feeder comes with a remote control.
